The ECO4 Grant is a major UK government initiative designed to help households improve their home energy efficiency, reduce carbon emissions, and lower rising energy bills. As part of the Energy Company Obligation (ECO) scheme, ECO4 is the fourth phase, running from April 2022 until March 2026. It is primarily aimed at low-income, vulnerable, or energy-inefficient homes, providing funded upgrades that can significantly improve comfort and long-term savings.
