I’m part of that 22% of millennials feeling burnt out daily, and I’ve noticed my go-to "escape" is just browsing
until I fall asleep. It’s like I’m trying to numb the anxiety of the workday. I recently read that seeking "immediate rewards" is a rational response to economic turbulence, which made me feel a bit better about it. But I still want to find a way to decompress that doesn't leave me feeling more tired the next day. Does anyone else use adult content as a "cortisol valve," and have you found better ways to vent that stress?
